Shipping and Returns
1. Shipping charges will be added to the customer's order in the payment process.
EXTRA DUTIES AND CHARGES
2. For all European Union (EU) countries, prices include 23% Portuguese VAT.
Orders to countries outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to VAT, import duties and / or taxes that we cannot provide. Customers may incur such additional charges. they must be processed for the package to be cleared through customs.
3. We recommend that buyers inspect their packaging as soon as they receive it. The packaging must be perfectly sealed with plastic tape. If, for any reason, the package appears to have been tampered with, sign the package and contact us immediately.
4. Shipping costs will not be refunded for items not collected.
5. We guarantee each purchase during the transit time until it is delivered to the customer. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point the responsibility for shipment passes to the customer.
6. If the customer is not satisfied with an order, the item can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, for exchange or full refund.
All return costs must be paid by the customer.
7. The customer must send an email within 14 days from the date of delivery, stating the reason for the return.
Additional duties, taxes and / or additional charges will not be refunded.
8. In case of return, we will refund the amount paid by the customer, not including shipping charges.
9. Refunds will be processed once the returned items are verified and accepted.
For European Community (EG) countries, VAT will be included in the refund.
10. We will not accept returned goods that do not meet our criteria.
11. Returns of defective items will only be accepted if the goods are defective when delivered to the customer. We strive to check all products for flaws before
send them. We reserve the right to request photographic support for defective or incorrect goods before authorizing a full refund, within 5 days of the delivery date.
12. All items returned as defective will be inspected and any items found to be subject to reasonable wear will not be accepted as defective.
13. Defective items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size, depending on their availability. If the customer does not wish to receive a replacement product, he must make it clear when contacting us.
