Shipping and Delivery


João Sousa Brand is a slowfashion brand that aims to protect the environment from overproduction of clothing and accessories. That way our products are limited and will be made at the time of order. Therefore, product delivery times may vary between orders and depending on existing stock.


The estimated delivery time for a product to mainland Portugal and the islands is 15 working days up to a maximum of 30 working days. All processes will be informed to the customer via email or whatsapp. The estimated delivery of a product for International is from 15 working days to a maximum of 40 working days. All processes will be informed to the customer via email or whatsapp.


If you find any delay in production, the customer will be informed, and if it exceeds the useful production time, it may be understood that you want to return the value.


We can only guarantee a good delivery service for an order if the address provided by the customer is correct and corresponds to a physical and concrete location (such as home or office). If the address provided by the customer is incomplete and the order is returned to the sender, the customer will have to pay the shipping costs again; The reshipment of an order returned to the sender will only be carried out after it is in the possession of João Sousa Brand and the customer has made the new payment of the shipping costs. JSB orders are sent by CTT. Products ordered at João Sousa Brand will only be shipped and delivered on working days.


Orders are made by Registered Mail (items up to 2Kg) or Express Mail (items over 2Kg). Shipping costs are automatically added to the cart. Purchases over €200 in mainland Portugal and Islands have free shipping, orders over €300 made by countries in the European community have free shipping.

Return and Refund 


Our concern is your happiness with our design. If you are not satisfied with the item, contact us via whatsapp [+351] 916 075 043 or via email so that we can help you with the return and refund process.


Any item that:

⁃ Do not show signs of use;

⁃ Present the original labels in the same state as when the item was shipped;

⁃ Have a defect detected on delivery (must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item)


How is the item returned?


If you want to return an article, you will have to send the article to our atelier. The address will be sent by private message as well as all the necessary indications. We recommend that the return be made by registered mail or any other service that provides a follow-up service. The article only becomes the responsibility of João Sousa Brand when it is in the possession of the company.


Return costs will not be refunded..

⁃ Deadlines for returning an item:

-  The customer has a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the article.

- The shipping cost is borne by the customer;

- If, for any reason, JSB sends an item that does not match the order, or is defective, JSB covers the return costs;

-  All exchanges are subject to existing stock;

- Items made to order or personalized by the customer are not subject to return.


João Sousa Brand has the right to reject returns sent after the deadline or items that are not in the same conditions in which they were received. In this case, the customer will be contacted by Customer Support;

-  In the case of returning items purchased in promotional sales, the return will only be accepted if it covers all items included in the scope of the purchase (including the "offers"), partial returns and /or partial price refund;

- If the purchase price is different from the value of the exchange item, the exchange will only be made for items of greater or equal value, not for items of lesser value. Discounts and / or promotions are not cumulative, that is, only the purchase price of the article will be considered;

- The value of the returned item is sent to the customer only when the return is approved by João Sousa Brand®. After that, a confirmation will be sent by email, indicating that the amount will be paid in working days. It should be noted that the time to return to a credit or debit card, PayPal or MBWay account depends on the customer's bank
